Convera collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, and operate this website.
Convera’s hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request, security, and service logs. Convera does not use the site’s first-party attribution feature to fingerprint visitors or create cross-site profiles.
Information submitted through the Contact form may include your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, subject, and message. Follow the Work and newsletter forms may record an email address, optional name or interests, and a request to receive updates. These submissions are used to review correspondence, respond to requests, and administer the public communication pathway you selected.
At present, Follow the Work and newsletter requests are recorded as first-party expressions of interest rather than silently transferred to a third-party bulk-marketing platform. Before any external mailing provider is used for bulk updates, Convera will configure the applicable consent, confirmation, unsubscribe, suppression, and retention controls and update this notice as needed.
Optional privacy-conscious analytics may be enabled only through the site’s production configuration. When analytics are not enabled, the site does not load that optional analytics service. If the production analytics configuration changes, this notice should be reviewed again.
Contribution and payment links are handled by the identified hosted payment provider rather than by collecting full card or bank credentials directly on this site. When a professional relationship begins, Convera may maintain project, agreement, billing, document, communication, and related administrative records in the systems used to deliver and document the engagement.
Website forms may be processed through Convera’s hosting provider. Project documents may be handled through Convera-controlled storage or an approved secure-transfer provider when the file size, sensitivity, or client requirement makes that appropriate. Signature, payment, email, or other external providers are used only when activated for the applicable workflow.
When the live Convera Guide is enabled, a question entered into the Guide may be sent securely to the configured AI service so a response can be generated using Convera’s approved guidance and source material. Visitors should not submit confidential, privileged, sensitive personal, or client information through the public Guide. Guide-answer feedback is designed to record whether an answer was helpful without including the visitor’s question text in that feedback submission.
When you arrive at this website through a referral link, publication, social post, campaign link, or another website, Convera Strategies may temporarily retain first-party session information such as the referring page or domain, the landing page, and standard campaign parameters included in the link. This information may be attached to a Contact or Follow the Work submission so Convera can understand how people find the work and which public pathways are useful.
This attribution is limited to the current browser session. Convera does not use this feature to fingerprint visitors or create cross-site profiles. Information is submitted to Convera only when you choose to submit a form. Follow the Work requests are not transferred to a third-party mailing provider until a provider is selected and the applicable consent, confirmation, unsubscribe, and retention practices are configured.
Convera retains business and project records according to their purpose, ownership, contractual or legal requirements, and applicable review or retention controls. A review date does not itself cause automatic deletion, and records subject to a complaint, dispute, investigation, audit, claim, or legal hold are preserved as required.
